Infinitely Water
Photographic paintings
Exploring the notion of spatial relations, Michel Guéranger has established in his recent works a fresh juxtaposition between artistic sensibilities and the aquatic environment. Is water a realm in itself, or is it by virtue of its nature limited as an element of the universe -- seen from above or underwater, as a distant halo or immediate source, with its flow and durable traces?
Michel Guéranger's artwork continues to question the foundations of the here and now and, by extension, humanity's true place in the world.
